Jialecheng Foods was established in 1989 as a company specializing in the R&D, promotion, production, and sales of winter melon paste fillings. The founder, Mr. Tan Zhengjun (a provincial-level inheritor of the intangible cultural heritage for winter melon paste production techniques), has been dedicated to the development and promotion of winter melon paste products for over 30 years and continues to innovate with new flavors.
Since its founding in 1989, the company has successively established:Taishan Jialecheng Food Factorym Taishan Jialecheng Trading Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Jialecheng Food Group Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Jialecheng Food Co., Ltd.
Under the leadership of our founder, the company’s winter melon paste fillings are widely used in mooncakes, Chinese pastries, and other filling applications. Known for their excellent quality and unique taste, they are highly favored by the baking industry. Jialecheng’s winter melon paste series products are particularly popular among overseas Chinese, consumers in Taishan, and surrounding regions. The products are exported to over 20 countries and regions, including the United States, Canada, the UK, and Belgium.
Our 6,000+ square meter factory is equipped with multiple advanced production lines, and our hygiene standards, production conditions, and facilities meet the advanced levels of the domestic industry. We also have our own winter melon cultivation base to ensure a stable supply of high-quality raw materials. The company has obtained ISO 9001 certification, WIT certification, and other export food qualifications.
