According to a test conducted by a large mooncake factory in China, after 24 minutes of standard baking, the fruit particles of Mooncake-specific Melon Filling are still crystal clear and not gelatinized, and the whole is fluffy and full, which is conducive to improving the appearance consistency of the finished mooncakes and is a key supporting filling for realizing large-scale production automation.


② Natural and sweet flavor

The product viscosity is controlled in the range of 6000~8000cps (25℃), which is suitable for a variety of filling machines, core injection machines, and mooncake forming machines. It is not easy to stick to the knife, draw wires, or overflow, and has good material cutting smoothness.
